Jiri Steif appointed as Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little Prague

Ex-Kearney Partner will join the Global Financial Services Practice

Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Jiri Steif, who joins Arthur D. Little Prague as Managing Partner, and as a member of the Global Financial Services Practice. 

Jiri Steif brings over 25 years of consulting experience,  of which 13 years he was a Partner at Kearney (formerly AT Kearney), and 9 years the Managing Partner for Kearney’s Czech Republic and Slovakia regions. He has a strong background in the Financial Services sector as well as significant experience in the Energy, FMCG, Private Equity, Health and Automotive industries. Jiri Steif also led the Central Eastern Europe Financial Services practice and the Knowledge Management of Kearney in the wider EMEA region. 

His key functional competence areas include Strategy, Transformation (including Digital), Post Merger Integration, Sales Force Effectiveness, Operational Efficiency and Procurement. Jiri also has a wealth of international project experience having worked in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Poland, former Yugoslavia, Netherlands, UK and USA.
