He formulated and implemented a performance improvement strategy for one of the largest solar cell manufacturers in the world. The new owner set goals to improve the financial performance of the company. Dr. Schellenberg along with his team of professionals was involved with every aspect of the business from sales strategies to overhead expenditures. He joins Arthur D. Little, Inc. from Droege & Comp. and was formerly employed by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
