François is the Chief Operating Officer of Arthur D. Little and is based in the Paris office. Before joining Arthur D. Little he was Director of Strategy and Business Development for the Altran Group. François also has extensive experience in the High Tech and Software industries across Europe and the USA though his prior consulting experience and work at PWC and Microsoft. François holds an MS degree in Technology and Policy from MIT and an Engineering Degree from the Ecole Centrale de Nantes.

Diana Bolick
Director of Americas Marketing & Business Development

Diana Bolick serves as our Director of Americas Marketing & Business Development, reporting to the President and Managing Director of Arthur D. Little Americas. She leads our marketing and business development functions. In the Americas, she is a senior-level executive, supplying pipelines and building revenue streams by creating the right value propositions and action plans that resonate with C-level executives. She currently focuses on our Americas’ revenue stream from prospect development and nurturing to sales pipeline development and analysis. Earlier in her career she served as a consultant for Arthur D. Little in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. She has led and developed the marketing and business development engine for several start-ups in the energy and the financial services space and was most recently the National Sales and Marketing Director for Altran Solutions Corp. an engineering services company. She has published numerous articles on CRM, optical and wireless technologies as well as the customer/technology issues that IOUs (Investor Owned Utilities) faced in a deregulated energy environment. Diana holds an MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
