Neal has broad expertise in the telecommunications sector, spanning fixed and wireless in the areas of go-to-market strategy, product strategy & roadmap development, and commercial services
Neal is a Principal based in the Boston office and a member of the TIME and “Strategy & Organization” Practices. His areas of expertise include product and go-to-market strategy, sales & marketing optimization, market/competitive analysis, and commercial due diligence. Neal’s experience spans the telecom ecosystem, covering service providers (Telcos, cable, wireless), infrastructure providers, and solution vendors.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Neal worked for six years as a consultant in the TMT industry, helping clients develop strategies to stay competitive amidst major market and technology shifts. Additionally, Neal was a military communications officer for 5+ years, where he developed a detailed understanding of telecom network fundamentals, covering LAN, satellite, fiber, and radio communications. Through a combination of strategic and operational experience, Neal brings a practical, execution-oriented approach to the strategy development process.
Neal holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Business Management from the Questrom School at Boston University.
Neal resides in the Boston suburbs with his wife, son, and two daughters and spends his weekends coaching children’s sports and enjoying outdoor activities with family.
